Usage Data

We do not automatically collect Usage Data such as browsing behavior, cookies, IP addresses, or device information.

5. Recursn App Blocker — On-Device Data Practices

Our app blocker application uses Apple's Screen Time API and the Family Controls framework to provide app-blocking functionality. This requires the Family Controls distribution entitlement granted by Apple.

What the entitlement grants access to

The Family Controls entitlement provides access to information about the apps installed on Your device, as well as app usage data such as which apps You use and for how long.

What we actually use

We only use the list of apps installed on Your device so that You can choose which apps to block. We do not read, process, or store any usage data such as screen time, session duration, or app usage patterns.

All data stays on Your device

No data accessed through the Family Controls entitlement — including Your app list, blocking preferences, or any usage information — is ever transmitted off Your device. All processing happens locally. Recursn LLC has no access to this data.

No analytics or tracking

The app blocker does not contain analytics, telemetry, or any form of behavioral tracking. We do not collect, aggregate, or monetize any information about Your app usage.

6. How We Use Your Data

We use the data You submit manually for the following purposes:

  • To respond to Your feedback or bug reports.
  • To improve the quality and functionality of our Apps and Website.

We do not sell, rent, or share Your Personal Data with third parties except as necessary to provide support or comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Retention

We retain submitted feedback and bug reports only as long as needed to process and address them.

You may request deletion of any information You have submitted.

We will promptly honor deletion requests unless retention is required by law.
